Het doel van deze experimenten is om kwantitatief tijdsverloop gegevens over de groei en gen expressie dynamiek van verzwakte genereren<em> S. typhimurium</em> Bacteriële kolonies groeien binnen tumoren. Deze video behandelt tumorcel voorbereiding en de inplanting, bacteriën voorbereiding en injectie, hele-dier luminescentie beeldvorming, tumorexcisie, en bacteriële kolonie tellen.
