xenografts الورم في الفئران العوز المناعي البشري هي أدوات قيمة لدراسة بيولوجيا السرطان. موصوفة بروتوكولات محددة لتوليد xenografts تحت الجلد وداخل الكبد من خلايا سرطان الكبد الإنسان أو شظايا الورم. ويرد تجديد الكبد الناجم عن استئصال الكبد الجزئي في الفئران المتلقية كاستراتيجية لتسهيل engraftment داخل الكبد.
