Vi beskriver en procedure for profilering spytproteiner hjælp multiplexede mikrosfære-baserede antistof arrays. Monoklonale antistoffer blev kovalent bundet til fluorescerende farvestof-kodet 4,5 um polymermikrokugler hjælp carbodiimidkemi. De modificerede mikrosfærer blev deponeret i fiberoptiske microwells'ne måle protein niveauer i spyt ved hjælp af fluorescens sandwichimmunassays.
