Une plate-forme microcanaux-on-a-chip a été développé par la combinaison de la technique de photolithographie reflowable de résine photosensible, lithographie douce, et la microfluidique. La plate-forme de micro-canaux endothélialisée imite la géométrie en trois dimensions (3D) des microvaisseaux in vivo, fonctionne sous débit de perfusion continue contrôlée, permet l'imagerie de haute qualité et en temps réel et peut être appliqué pour la recherche microvasculaire.
