We presenteren een protocol voor het in vitro onderzoek van effluxpompen van Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Dit protocol maakt het genereren van een sterke, reversibele en afstembare proton gradiënt in het liposoom membraan en dus moet aanpasbaar aan elke membraaneiwit bekrachtigd door protomotive kracht.
