De bacteriële celwand bestaat uit peptidoglycan, een macromoleculair netwerk van suikerstrengen gekruist door peptiden. Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography biedt een hoge resolutie en doorvoer voor nieuwe ontdekkingen van peptidoglycan samenstelling. We presenteren een procedure voor de isolatie van celwanden (sacculi) en hun daaropvolgende voorbereiding voor analyse via UPLC.
