Um protocolo de extração de proteínas comum utilizando tampão uréia / tiouréia / SDS para tecido cerebral humano e camundongos permite indentification de proteínas por 2D-DIGE e sua posterior caracterização por mini-immunoblotting 2DE. Este método permite a obtenção de resultados mais reprodutíveis e confiáveis a partir de biópsias humanos e modelos experimentais.
