Etiquetado de isótopos estables de péptidos por dimethylation reductora (etiquetado REDI) es una estrategia rápida, de bajo costo para la proteómica precisas de masa basados en espectrometría cuantitativos. Aquí se demuestra un método robusto para la preparación y el análisis de mezclas de proteínas utilizando el enfoque Redi que se puede aplicar a casi cualquier tipo de muestra.
