Se describe un método para la purificación eficiente de proteínas de fusión doble-Strep-etiquetados y sus complejos específicos sobre estreptavidina modificada (Strep-Tactin) de resina covalentemente reticulado con bis (sulfosuccinimidil) suberato (BS3). El método tiene las ventajas de velocidad rápida, buena recuperación proteína diana y alta pureza, y es compatible con el análisis posterior por espectrometría de masas.
