Eine Hochdurchsatz-Assay in vitro Phänotyp Salmonellen oder andere bakterielle Verein, Invasion und Replikation in Fresszellen mit hoher Durchsatzleistung entwickelt. Die Methode wurde eingesetzt, um Salmonellen Gen-Knockout-Mutanten-Stämme für ihre Verstrickungen in der Wirt-Pathogen-Interaktionen zu bewerten.
