Vi beskriver, hvordan man kan visualisere macrophage- C. neoformans (cn) interaktioner i realtid, med særlig vægt på processen ikke-lytisk exocytose hjælp af digital lysmikroskopi. Brug af denne teknik individuelt inficerede makrofager kan undersøges for at fastslå forskellige aspekter af dette fænomen.
