Nous présentons ici un protocole d'analyser les interactions ARN / protéines. L'essai de décalage de mobilité électrophorétique (EMSA) est basé sur la migration différentielle des complexes ARN / ARN et de protéine libre pendant l'électrophorèse sur gel natif. En utilisant une sonde d'ARN radiomarqué, complexes / protéine ARN peuvent être visualisés par autoradiographie.
