Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att analysera RNA / proteininteraktioner. Den elektroforetiska rörligheten shift assay (EMSA) är baserad på den differentiella migreringen av RNA / proteinkomplex och fri RNA under nativ gelelektrofores. Genom att använda en radiomärkt RNA-prob, kan RNA / proteinkomplex visualiseras genom autoradiografi.
