I dette manuskriptet, beskriver vi perkutan isolert nedsatt perfusjon med samtidig chemofiltration som behandling for unresectable levermetastaser. Denne prosedyren er utført under narkose i angiosuite av et erfarent team, som består av en intervensjons radiolog, en klinisk perfusjonist og anestesilege.
