Een RNA-pull-down protocol is hier geoptimaliseerd voor detectie van interacties tussen RNA-bindende eiwitten (RBPs) en niet-coderende en coderende RNAs. Een RNA fragment uit androgeenreceptor (AR) werd gebruikt als een voorbeeld om te demonstreren hoe de RBP halen uit lystate primaire bruine adipocyten.
