Vi udviklede to sæt sporing kombinationer i Rosa26 tdtomato (ubikvitært udtrykt i alle celler) / Cre (specifikt udtrykkes i chondrocytter) mus: en med 2.3Col1a1-GFP (specifik for osteoblaster) og en med immunofluorescens (specifikt for knogleceller). Dataene viser den direkte omdannelse af chondrocytter i knogleceller.
