We presenteren in de huidige studie een nieuwe fluorescentie gebaseerde assay middels lymfocyten afkomstig van een transgene muis. Deze test is geschikt voor high-throughput screening (HTS) van kleine moleculen begiftigd met de hoedanigheid van het remmen of bevorderen van lymfocyt activering.
