Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll Anti - Pilz - Aktivität von primären humanen Immunzellen in Echtzeit zu bewerten unter Verwendung von fluoreszierendem Aspergillus Reportern Konidien in Verbindung mit Live-Zell - Videomikroskopie und Durchflusszytometrie. Erzeugten Daten geben einen Einblick in die Wirts zell- Aspergillus Wechselwirkungen wie fungizide Aktivität, Phagozytose, Zellmigration und Hemmung des Pilzwachstums.
