In dit artikel wordt een microscopie-werkstroom voor hoge inhoud voor gelijktijdige kwantificering van intracellulaire ROS-niveaus aangeboden, evenals mitochondriale membraanpotentiaal en morfologie - gezamenlijk aangeduid als mitochondriale morfofunctie - in levend aanhechtende cellen met behulp van de celdoorlatende fluorescerende reportermoleculen 5- (en- 6) -chloormethyl-2 ', 7'-dichloordihydrofluoresceendiacetaat, acetylester (CM-H2 DCFDA) en tetramethylrhodamine methylester (TMRM).
