Cet article présente un flux de travail de microscopie à contenu élevé pour la quantification simultanée des niveaux de ROS intracellulaires, ainsi que le potentiel de la membrane mitochondriale et la morphologie - communément appelée morphofonction mitochondriale - dans les cellules adhérentes vivantes en utilisant les molécules rapporteurs fluorescentes perméables aux cellules 5- (et- 6) -chlorométhyl-2 ', 7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescéine diacétate, ester acétylique (CM-H2RFDA) et tétraméthylrhodamine méthylester (TMRM).
