Een robuust protocol controleren neurale populaties time-lapse video-microscopie gevolgd door softwarematige nabewerking is beschreven. Deze methode geeft een krachtig hulpmiddel voor het identificeren van biologische gebeurtenissen in een geselecteerde populatie tijdens live imaging experimenten.
