Questo protocollo è quello di recuperare e preparare cellule bersaglio rara da una miscela con cellule non-bersaglio della priorità bassa per la caratterizzazione genetica molecolare a livello di singola cellula. Qualità del DNA è uguale a cellule singole non trattata e permette per cella singola applicazione (entrambi screening basato e analisi mirate).
