Vi præsenterer en bekvem fast-fase udvinding koblet til højtryks væskekromatografi (HPLC) med elektrokemisk detektion (ECD) samtidige bestemmelse af tre monoamin neurotransmittere og to af deres metabolitter i spædbørns urin. Vi har også identificere metabolit MHPG som en potentiel biomarkør for tidlig diagnosticering af hjerneskade til spædbørn.
