Vi presenterer en praktisk solid-fase utvinning koblet til høytrykks flytende kromatografi (HPLC) med elektrokjemiske deteksjon (ECD) samtidige fastsettelse av tre monoamin nevrotransmittere, og to av deres metabolitter i spedbarn urin. Vi har også identifisere metabolitten MHPG som en potensiell biomarkør for tidlig diagnostikk av hjerneskade for spedbarn.
