Dit protocol beschrijft de fabricage van een kleine, kant-en-klare cassette die kan worden toegepast voor visuele detectie van meerdere nucleic zuren in een enkele, test die is eenvoudig te bedienen. In deze benadering werd een capillaire matrix gebruikt voor multiplex en zeer efficiënte opsporing van GGO-doelstellingen.
