Neurologiska processer som spridning, migration och neurite utväxt är ofta oroade i neuropsykiatriska sjukdomar. Således presenterar vi protokoll för att snabbt och reproducibly bedöma dessa neurologiska processer i mänskliga iPSC-derived NPCs. Dessa protokoll också att bedömningen av effekterna av relevanta tillväxtfaktorer och therapeutics på NPC utveckling.
