Descriviamo l'evoluzione di un modello tridimensionale, basato su sferoide in vitro che permette di testare l'attuale standard di regimi di terapia sperimentale per testa e collo carcinoma di cellule squamous su linee cellulari, che mira a valutare la terapia suscettibilità e resistenza su cellule primarie dagli esemplari umani in futuro.
