Vi beskrive utviklingen av en spheroid-basert, tredimensjonal i vitro modell som gjør det muliggjør for oss å teste den gjeldende standarden av eksperimentell behandling regimer for hodet og nakken squamous celle carcinoma på cellelinjer, sikte på vurderer terapi mottakelighet og motstand på primære celler fra menneske prøver i fremtiden.
