Nous décrivons ici un protocole détaillé pour l’isolement des lymphocytes des sites inductives y compris les plaques de Peyer tissu lymphoïde associé au tube digestif et les ganglions lymphatiques mésentériques drainants et les sites d’effecteur notamment la lamina propria et de la épithélium intestinal du petit système immunitaire intestinal.
