Wir beschreiben ein Protokoll zur chirurgisch freizulegen und Stabilisierung der murinen mandibulären Speicheldrüse intravitalen Bildgebung mit aufrechten intravitalen Mikroskopie. Dieses Protokoll ist leicht anpassbar an anderen therapeutisches Drüsen von Kopf und Hals-Bereich der Mäuse und andere kleine Nagetiere.
