Cet article décrit la méthodologie détaillée pour préparer un tableau microenvironnement cellulaire artificiel multiplexés (MACME) pour le haut débit manipulation physique et chimique cues imitant en vivo microenvironnements cellulaires et à identifier l’environnement cellulaire optimal pour les cellules souches pluripotentes humaines (hPSCs) avec le profilage de cellule unique.
