Hier presenteren we een protocol dat is ontworpen voor het analyseren van de genoom-brede binding van de transcriptiefactor Oligodendrocyt 2 (Olig2) in acuut gezuiverde oligodendrocyte voorloper hersencellen (OPCs) door het uitvoeren van lage-cel chromatine immunoprecipitation (ChIP) , bibliotheek voorbereiding, high-throughput sequencing en bioinformatic data-analyse.
