Dette manuskript beskriver en protokol for at studere den antimikrobielle effekt af 5-aminolaevulinsyre syre-medieret Fotodynamisk terapi (ALA-PDT) på en Staphylococcus aureus biofilm. Denne protokol kan bruges til at udvikle en in vitro- model for at studere til behandling af bakterielle biofilm med PDT i fremtiden.
