Qui, presentiamo un protocollo per la generazione di induced pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) da fibroblasti derivata pazienti di sindrome di Li-Fraumeni (LFS), differenziazione delle iPSCs tramite cellule staminali mesenchimali (MSCs) di osteoblasti e modellazione in vivo tumorigenesi utilizzando osteoblasti derivati paziente LFS.
