Vi presenterar ett protokoll för att inducera och fenotyp en akut rätt hjärtsvikt i en stor djur modell med kronisk pulmonell hypertoni. Denna modell kan användas för att testa terapeutiska interventioner, för att utveckla rätt hjärtmått eller för att förbättra förståelsen av akut rätt hjärtsvikt patofysiologi.
