Uit te breiden het vermogen van laboratoria wereldwijd te beoordelen van de subsidiabiliteit van de patiënten met longkanker voor behandeling met pembrolizumab, op een betrouwbare en reproduceerbare wijze, ontwikkelden we een bepaling die gebruikmaakt van het 22C 3 antilichaam concentraat op een overal verkrijgbaar immunohistochemische autostainer, voor zowel biopsie en cytologie specimens.
