Het doel van het protocol is te tonen longitudinale intravital real-time tracking van thymocytes door laser scanning microscopie in serie implantaten in de voorste kamer van het oog van de muis. De transparantie van het hoornvlies en vascularisatie van de prothese zorgt voor de continu opname progenitor cel aanwerving en rijpe T-cel-uitgang.
