Wij rapporteren hier, de lokalisatie van de immunofluorescentietest voor dynamin ter illustratie van de protocollen voor de detectie van eiwitten in paraffine-ingebedde muis epididymaire secties en die van een vereeuwigd epididymaire cellijn (mECap18). Ook beschrijven we de protocollen voor de isolatie van proteïnen van de secretoire van zowel epididymaire vloeistof en geconditioneerde cel media.
