Vi gir en ny metode for å øke X-ray absorpsjon kontrasten av mais vev egnet for vanlige microcomputed tomografi skanning. Basert på CT-bilder, introduserer vi en rekke bildebehandling arbeidsflyter for ulike mais materialer å effektivt pakke mikroskopiske fenotyper av vaskulær bunter av mais.
