Vi presenterer en fluorogenic peptid cleavage analysen som tillater en rask screening av proteolytisk aktiviteten til proteaser på peptider som representerer området spalting av viral fusion peptider. Denne metoden kan også brukes på noen andre aminosyren motiv i en protein sekvens til å teste protease aktiviteten.
