Hier presenteren we een effectieve methode voor het onderzoeken van de antifibrotische activiteit van intraveneus geïnfundeerde humane mesenchymale stromale cellen verkregen uit de gehele navelstreng na de inductie van long letsel door een Endotracheale injectie van bleomycine in C57BL /6 muizen. Dit protocol kan eenvoudig worden uitgebreid tot de preklinische testen van andere therapieën.
