Vi præsenterer her, en protokol for at inficere primære human dermal fibroblast med MCPyV. Protokollen omfatter isolering af dermal fibroblaster, udarbejdelse af MCPyV virioner, virusinfektion, immunofluorescens farvning og fluorescens i situ hybridisering. Denne protokol kan udvides til kendetegner MCPyV-værtssammenspil og opdage andre inficerbare celletyper ved MCPyV.
