Vi præsenterer her, en protokol til at generere pseudotyped partikler i BSL-2 omgivelser indarbejde spike protein af højpatogene virus Mellemøsten respiratorisk syndrom og svær Akut respiratorisk syndrom coronavirus. Disse pseudotyped partikler indeholder et luciferase reporter gen giver mulighed for kvantificering af virus ibrugtagning vært målceller.
