Ubiqitinering er en post-translational modifikasjon som spiller viktige roller i cellulære prosesser og er tett koordinert av deubiquitination. Defekter i begge reaksjonene ligger til grunn menneskelige patologi. Vi tilbyr protokoller for å gjennomføre ubiqitinering og deubiquitination reaksjon in vitro ved hjelp av renset komponenter.
