Deze methode baseert zich op de injectie van 0.5 − 3 l van oplossing in de thorax van volwassen zebravis. De procedure levert efficiënt proteïnen en chemische samenstellingen in de nabijheid van het zebravis hart zonder het orgaan te beschadigen.
