Denna metod bygger på en injektion av 0,5 − 3 μL lösning i bröst korgen hos vuxna Zebrafiskar. Förfarandet levererar effektivt proteiner och kemiska föreningar i närheten av zebra fiskar hjärta utan att skada orgeln.
