Hier presenteren we een chirurgisch protocol bij konijnen met als doel om botsubstitutie materialen te beoordelen in termen van botregeneratie capaciteiten. Door het gebruik van PEEK cilinders bevestigd op konijn schedels, osteogelei ding, osteoinductie, osteogenesis en vasculogenese geïnduceerd door de materialen kunnen worden geëvalueerd op levende of geëdoseerde dieren.
