We presenteren een circulaire RT-PCR-gebaseerde strategie door het combineren van circulaire RT-PCR, kwantitatieve RT-PCR, RNA 5 ' poly hosphatase-Treatment, en Northern Blot. Dit protocol bevat een normalisatie stap om de invloed van onstabiel 5 ' trifosfaat te minimaliseren, en het is geschikt voor het discrimineren en in kaart brengen van de primaire en verwerkte transcripten die stabiel zijn verzameld in maïs-mitochondrion.
