Vi presentiamo una strategia circolare basata su RT-PCR combinando RT-PCR circolare, RT-PCR quantitativo, trattamento polifosculo DI RNA 5 e macchia settentrionale. Questo protocollo include una fase di normalizzazione per ridurre al minimo l'influenza del tripofatore instabile 5', ed è adatto per discriminare e mappare le trascrizioni primarie ed elaborate accumulate stabilmente nel mitocondrio di mais.
