Ce protocole image à la fois la formation de synapse immunologique et le trafic sécréteur polarisé suivant vers la synapse immunologique. Des conjugués cellulaires ont été formés entre une cellule Raji à impulsion de superantigène (agissant comme cellule de présentation d'antigène) et un clone de Jurkat (agissant comme lymphocyte T d'aide d'effecteur).
